The price you see is the price you pay, all taxes and import duties are included, so there's nothing more to pay when your order arrives.

Once your order is placed, you'll usually receive it within:

Rest of world: 7–9 business days

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door. During launches and busier periods, please allow a little extra time.

No, everything is included in the price on our website. There will be no further charges at checkout or when you receive the bag.

You will receive an email confirmation of shipping once we have dispatched your order and you will be able to track from there.

Of course, while it's still with us. Email us at hello@nuaei.com and we'll change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, our returns policy takes over.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Send it back unworn, with its packaging and tags, just as it reached you, and we'll take care of the rest. You'll find the full details on our returns page.

Not directly, but it's simple enough. Return your piece for a refund, and order the one you'd rather have.

If you've had a change of heart, we ask that you post your bag back to us. If it arrives faulty or not quite as it should, leave it with us, we'll cover the return and put things right

We work with three materials, each with its own character: woven leather, full-grain and only better with age; mendong, a light natural fibre paired with leather to keep its shape; and rattan, a classic weave grown from a single seed.

Every weave is worked by hand, using techniques passed down through generations. The stitching is machine-set, because a seam that carries weight should be exact.

Keep it dry where you can, and let it air rather than storing it damp. Wipe leather gently with a soft, dry cloth; for woven fibres, a soft brush lifts away dust. Store it stuffed and upright inside the dust bag, out of direct sunlight, to help it hold its shape.

Where we can, yes. Rattan, for example, is a fast-growing, renewable vine - no trees are ever cut down to grow it. Mendong, the grass in our weaves, grows in shallow water and is cut back season after season, returning from the same roots. We choose our materials with care, and we're always looking for beautiful new ones to work with.
