Our story
begins with our grandmother
One evening sat around the dinner table, Māma - our grandmother, began to tell us about the years she spent weaving in China. It was a craft she had mastered long before any of us were born, and one none of us had known she carried.
Craft had run through our family for generations, unspoken.
nuãei grew out of that evening, out of a wish to keep her story and craft alive.

How much is delivery?
We ship worldwide, and delivery is free.
The price you see is the price you pay, all taxes and import duties are included, so there's nothing more to pay when your order arrives.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll usually receive it within:
UK: 1–3 business days
USA: 5–7 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Rest of world: 7–9 business days
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door. During launches and busier periods, please allow a little extra time.
Are returns free?
Yes for our UK customers, only.
For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are not currently covered, so you’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of sending your bag back to us.
